Hi Brenda, I don't know. I just wanted to be left alone and just sent mine home. We lived quite aways like you do. You can call there and ask them. I slept for 2 days, I barely woke up I was so tired from the surgery. I wasn't sore at all and never even used pain meds, but then I have endured a lot worse surgeries, so my tolerance to pain is pretty high. Wishing you luck and keep in touch, Diane

Thanks Diane, i reserved him a room at the Ramada hotel in fountain valley hope it is a ok place lol! I'm like yourself when it comes to pain i hate pain meds. For me it is i don't want the chemicals in my body. Dr Ali said it is pretty much the same as getting your gulbladder out, well hell i worked 2 days later after getting mine out. Hugs Brenda

Hey, congrats!!! The one thing to bring, and I think Jody mentioned it, your own pillow, but besides using it for your head, also use it to cushion between you and the seat belt for the drive home. My tummy was a bit tender from the Lovenox shots I got everyday...take good care, and get ready, it's amazing!! xo Kim

Oh Brenda, how exciting .......

I found that I used my chap stick, robe, and brush.........That was it. UC Davis gave me everything else....... Annabelle
